As a supplier of body care products, personal care tools, wellness accessories, and related components, we focus on product consistency, functional performance, appearance, packaging integrity, and compliance with agreed customer specifications.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Depending on the product, inspection may cover material condition, color, dimensions, surface finish, packaging, and basic functional characteristics. This process applies to ingredients and packaging used for body lotions, creams, scrubs, oils, sprays, masks, wax products, and other personal care items, as well as components used in tools, cable ties, and wiring accessories.

• Verification of material and component specifications against approved requirements.
• Visual inspection for contamination, damage, deformation, or unacceptable variation.
• Review of labels, identification details, and packaging condition where applicable.
• Segregation and feedback for materials that do not meet internal inspection standards.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during production to help maintain stable processes and consistent output. Production personnel monitor key operating conditions and product characteristics according to the product type and agreed specifications. Particular attention is given to filling, mixing, molding, assembly, sealing, printing, and other operations that may affect final quality.

• Monitoring of product appearance, texture, color, and consistency for topical and body care products.
• Control of dimensions, fit, assembly, and surface condition for personal care tools and accessories.
• Inspection of seals, closures, spray functions, patches, masks, strips, and other product features.
• Identification and isolation of nonconforming items during production to prevent unnecessary continuation of defects.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before release, finished products are inspected according to their specifications and intended use. Inspection scope may include appearance, quantity, dimensions, workmanship, labeling, packaging components, and basic functional performance. For products such as massage kits, orthotic products, earpicks, nose cleaners, body sprays, slimming creams, tattoo aftercare products, and skin care sets, the inspection points are adapted to the product structure and customer requirements.

• Checking product appearance, color, finish, cleanliness, and overall workmanship.
• Verifying quantities, dimensions, weight, labeling, and product identification where applicable.
• Reviewing closures, dispensing functions, accessories, and assembled parts for proper operation.
• Confirming that finished goods meet approved samples, product specifications, and internal inspection standards.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during storage, transportation, and international shipment. Our team reviews inner and outer packaging, product arrangement, carton condition, labels, shipping marks, and order details before goods are dispatched. Special attention is given to preventing damage, leakage, missing accessories, incorrect quantities, and packaging inconsistencies.

• Verification of product name, quantity, batch or identification information, and customer-approved labeling where applicable.
• Inspection of cartons, protective materials, seals, and closures for suitable condition.
• Comparison of packed goods with purchase order requirements and approved packing instructions.
• Final review of shipment quantities, carton markings, and export packing details before loading.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality feedback from customers, production teams, and inspection activities is reviewed to identify potential causes of defects or variation. When an issue is found, the relevant information is evaluated and corrective actions may include process adjustment, additional inspection, material review, operator guidance, or packaging improvement.
